Cancellation Policy

Equilibrium has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services.

Cancelled services will be credited to your account and can be re-booked within 90 days.

To cancel or move an appointment, call or email us. You can also use the online booking system to cancel appointments yourself.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be treated as a no-show and cancelled.

Payment Policy

Payment is accepted at the time of booking for all appointments.

We accept all major credit cards and cash.


All prices and services are subject to change without notice.


Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged 15-17 may be allowed to use treatment rooms solo if booked by a parent or guardian, with our discretion. We do not allow children under the age of 15.


Unused service credits may be returned for up to one week after purchase. Retail products may be returned unopened and in resaleable condition for 30 days. No returns on Gift Cards.

Other rescheduling or refunds are at our discretion.

Credit Expiration

Most float and sauna credits expire 90 days from purchase. Exceptions will be noted at time of purchase.
